When will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 3–7 business days for in-stock products. Shipping delays may occur depending on our current workflow and order volume. Please check for any notifications while you shop.
Average delivery time:
- USPS Ground Advantage: 4-6 business days.
- USPS Priority Mail: 2-3 business days.
- Courier Ground (FedEx/UPS): 3-5 busisess days.
- DHL International Express: 7-10 business days.
Please note: Additional shipping delays may occur during holiday periods—especially around Christmas and New Year—due to increased package volumes to be processed by couriers.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary based on your cart contents and current shipping and handling rates. You can estimate shipping by adding items to your cart and entering your address on the checkout page. Orders over $99 within the continental U.S. qualify for free economy shipping.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled within 4 hours if they have not been shipped or are not expected to ship within 48 hours. Refunds may be subject to non-refundable fees as outlined in our store policy. You may opt for store credit instead to avoid any deductions.
I haven't received my order yet.
If your package is delayed, it might be due to transit or custom border clearance. Please be patient. If tracking says ‘delivered' but you haven't received it, contact your local US Post Office. Once shipped, we have no control over the courier's handling. Thank you for understanding.
