When will my order ship?
Most orders ship within 3-7 business days. Built-to-order and backordered items ship within specified timeframes.

How much does shipping cost?
We offer free economy shipping for orders over $99 within the continental U.S. You can estimate shipping costs by adding items to your cart and entering your address at the checkout.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled within 4 hours if they have not been shipped or are not expected to ship within 48 hours. Refunds may be subject to non-refundable fees as outlined in our store policy. You may opt for full store credit instead to avoid any deductions.

If your package is delayed, it might be due to transit or custom border clearance. Please be patient. If tracking says ‘delivered' but you haven't received it, contact your local US Post Office. Once shipped, we have no control over the courier's handling. Thank you for understanding.
