- We accept all major credit card payments. Our payment is processed through Stripe or PayPal secured payment processing gateway. No credit information are being stored on our website.
- You are not required to have a PayPal account in order to pay. Just click on the “pay by credit card” option.
- eCheck payment via PayPal must be cleared to process your order.
- By law, we’re required to collect sales tax in Texas & California on all or certain products.
- All sensitive data is secured with the latest 256 bit advanced encryption SSL technology (look for the “https” in the link)
OceanboxDesigns’s products are hand-crafted in-house in the state of Texas, USA by reefer for reefers. Most of our products are built-to-order and normally shipped within the stated build time. OceanboxDesigns.com also partners with leading companies in the saltwater aquarium industry to provide a comprehensive selection of products for you. Some products may be shipped directly to you from our distributor in order to expedite shipping/handling and as well as providing delivery insurance.
- Shipping cost are calculated during checkout or in cart.
- Important: Shipping address cannot be changed once the order is in processing, please make sure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout.
- Built-to-order products are normally shipped within the stated time. In-stock products are shipped within 48 hours during business hours.
- In some situation order processing time may be extended for build quality assurance. If this is the case, please do not be alarmed, we will inform you via email if such situation should arise.
- For international shipping, import taxes are not included in the item pricing or shipping. You may be subject to these charges by the law of your country.
- Import taxes are normally collected by the shipping carrier upon delivery – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges by us. These fees are usually paid to custom authorities in your country and not OceanboxDesigns.com
- Some products may be restricted shipping to selected countries.

- If you simply change your mind or not satisfy with your order. You may return “NEW” products for store credit only.
- Custom products may not be returned and refunded unless the error is entirely ours.
- If you believe your items contain any flaws or defects, please contact us immediately upon arrival and provide us with clear pictures of the said issues. We will determine a proper solutions to your satisfactory.
- All claims must be made within 15 days of purchase. Returning a product without prior approval contact will be refused.
- If your case is accepted for a return, you’re fully responsible for well packaging to ensure the product will arrived back to us without damages, otherwise a refund/exchange will not be voided.
- Return shipping costs will not be reimbursed unless the error is our on the original shipment.
