Great for the pico tank!

Looks great, very happy.

I am using an AquaClear 70 on my 20 gallon reef tank. I bought this item because the intake tube did nothing to address the surface scum that always seemed to build up over time. The final straw was waking up to find my horseshoe crap stuck to the intake and struggling. Fish should be strong enough to avoid the draw of the filter, but horseshoe crabs, with their giant carapace and tiny legs are not strong swimmers. With the surface skimmer, I no longer have to worry about this happening. The magnetic mounting system is also quite awesome. I would highly recommend!

Awesome dosing tube holder! I got the atomic orange, and from its design you will tell they care about the workmanship that was put in to it. The magnets are surprisingly strong, tube holders, the base, the size alone will definitely save space and look awesome. Great craftsmanship.

These are made in high quality to hold up your current satellite LED lights. Even though this is a more saltwater oriented aquarium website, I use them on my freshwater planted tank, and the light rise eliminated any shadowing, so all my plants have gotten equal light distributed, and makes any type of maintenance a breeze!

I love this thing! It's small, so it doesn't take up much space on my little nano tank, but it does a wonderful job cleaning the glass! Well made and has worked very well for the last week or so that I've had it. Easily scrapes off the beginnings of coraline algae, and anything else growing on the glass.

Phuong got this box to me asap after a trip to the LFS ended in some unexpected take homes. I used to put my unattached shrooms in the bottom of my tank in a bowl but have run out of room down there. This box allows plenty of water flow for fresh tank water to get into the inside but will not toss your shrooms around or blow them out. All of the shrooms i have placed in the box expanded within two days to where the previous boxes I was using they were still all closed up. The magnets are strong and hold well and the box has not moved since i placed it in its location with several large pieces of rubble rock in there as well. I also have the ability to move it when i want to acclimate the corals to different light if needed. And the real added part is the box itself just blends in and it hardly noticed in the tank. its also so nicely made i don't mind looking at it inside the display tank. I haven't been able to install this just yet, but I have placed it on the tank along with the AC110 filter and the fit is great. I will definitely purchase from Oceanbox Designs again in the future. The only things I would like to see is possibly some cleaner corner joints, just a flush cut bit on a router to solve that. The other thing is possibly use long magnets instead of small ones so it's easier to grab, and coat them in a softer material like a rubber or something to make contact with glass not so risky (they are strong magnets). Other then those small non-critical things this product is very well designed and built, materials are top notch.

Thank you so much! There aren't any scrubber out there that would be acrylic-safe in such a small size, even one that claimed to work for acrylic we found it's still too rough and will scratch acrylic. There is a fine balance between using the right material as well as the amount of force of the magnets coupled that makes it so.
