Most orders are processed within 3–5 business days after payment is confirmed. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.
We ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL depending on your location and the shipping option selected at checkout. Tracking is provided for all shipments.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can also log in to your account and view the tracking link directly on your order page.
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original condition. To start a return, contact us using the form above and select "Order Help" as the subject.
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days and will appear back on your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
We can modify or cancel orders that haven't shipped yet. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Yes, we ship to most countries. International shipping times and rates vary by destination. Import duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.
