US Shipping Rates
Standard shipping: $8 USD.
Free standard shipping on orders of $99+ USD.
International Shipping Rates:
To make ordering from outside the USA more affordable. We only charge one flat rate fee for eligible destinations. Available destinations and shipping methods are shown at checkout.
Economy International shipping: $25 USD to eligible destinations.
Free economy International shipping on orders of $199+ USD.
Typical delivery time: 2-3 weeks.
VAT, duty, and tax charged by local customs are not included.
Order Processing
Most orders ship within 3–5 business days after payment is confirmed.
Business days exclude weekends and holidays.
Pre-order and built-to-order products may require additional processing time.
Processing time is separate from carrier delivery time.
Delivery & Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when your order ships.
You can check your shipment status on our Track Your Order page by entering your tracking number.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed due to carrier delays, holidays, and customs processing may affect delivery.
International tracking may pause while a package is being processed or transferred between carriers.
Shipping Addresses
Please verify your shipping address before placing an order.
We cannot modify any paid orders. You will need to place a new order for address correction.
All refunds are subject to a 3.5% transaction-fee deduction on the original paid total.
Address changes may not be possible after shipment.
International Duties, Taxes & VAT
Import duties, taxes, VAT, and carrier clearance fees may apply depending on your order value and destination.
These charges are assessed by local authorities or the carrier and are not additional charges from Oceanbox Designs.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, these charges are not included in your checkout total and are the recipient’s responsibility.
