When will my order ships?

How much does shipping cost?

Can I cancel my order?
Unshipped orders may be cancelled within 24 hours. Refunds may be subject to non-refundable fund as outlined in our store policy. You may opt for store credit instead to avoid any deductions.
Where is my order?
If your package is delayed, it might be due to transit or custom border clearance. Please be patient. If tracking says ‘delivered’ but you haven’t received it, please contact your local US Post Office or delivery carrier first to investigate the situation. Once shipped, we have no control over the courier’s handling. Thank you for understanding.
